The weather is cold, white snow is covering all the streets, but nothing is too cold for the fashionista people haha.
Also in Berlin noone cares if you are looking different, crazy or fancy ( but they care if you wear fur or not – better don’t wear fur when you are in this city ^^).
This week was the Mercedes Benz fashion week in Berlin and of course all bloggers from all across the world are meeting up in the metropole Berlin.
What is Fashionweek for me ?
For me Fashionweek is a time when people with love and passion for fashion are coming together and share their same interests, getting inspired by each other, and also by the new designs, making new friends and connections, taking a lot of pictures, and having plenty of fun.
And it’s true – you are meeting a lot of people, people with crazy styles. In my opinion everyone should be themselves and express who they are and what they love !
First day : after 6 hours arriving in Berlin there was not a lot to do – meeting some good friends, taking some photos, having nice dinner at Pan Bao ( banh bao burger ) together and having sweet fruity drinks at the New Odessa Bar.
Day two: having super yummy and healthy brunch at Roamers in Kreuzberg, going to the ODEUR Studios show, taking some pictures with my new clothes – culottes and striped shirt with my little Celine bag. The Show was really nice and I like the designs – clean and minimalistic shapes with a cool vibe ( my be would love this collection hehe ). After the show we went to the pop up store party of Daily Paper and afterwards to the Aftershow party of Lee Jeans in Prince Charles Club. My fav club in Berlin !
Day three: totally tired but still motivated I went with fashion blogger Amy Pham ( Mochaby.com ) and youtuber Kexin ( Kexin Cherie ) to the fashion blogger cafe of Style Ranking. This event was a blogger meetup to get in touch with each other and having fun. After this event we had lunch at the Japanese Kuchi, taking some ootd pictures and in the evening I met my lovely friends for dinner at the Korean Pacifico. That was soooo yummy and cheap too !
Day 4: super yummy pancake brunch at Distrikt Coffee, then heading to Steinrohner show ( all the pics were taken by Amy ). This show was more like an installation, no runway. The clothes are all in a blue grey scale with nice shiny flower designs.
Day 5 : I went to “Backstage by Berna” to get a new hair style and make up. She is really talented in handling more thicker hairs ! Love her work ! After the beauty session I met some friends from hamburg for dinner at Udon Kobo Ishin. Arriving home kinda late I turned my curly hair into some cool braids ! Ready to party – last night in Berlin has to be BOOM. We went to the club Avenue. It’s not bad but my fav club is still prince Charles haha.
After this week I am totally exhausted and in need of much sleep now !
